About forty thousand dollars’ worth of eggs were taken from a trailer in Pennsylvania.

According to Pennsylvania investigators, around 100,000 eggs were stolen from the rear of a distribution trailer.

According to a police complaint, the theft happened at Pete and Gerry’s Organics LLC in Greencastle at around 8:40 p.m. on Saturday. The value of the eggs is around $40,000.

On Tuesday, state police said that the event was being investigated and provided no other information.

“Pete & Gerry’s is aware of a recent incident in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, and we are actively working.

with local law enforcement to investigate,” the provider of eggs stated in a statement. We are dedicated to finding a speedy solution since we take this issue seriously.
