An airline and the passenger who recorded her are being sued by a woman who refused to switch seats with a sobbing kid.

A lady has filed a lawsuit against the airline and the traveler who videotaped her after she was chastised for refusing to transfer seats with a wailing kid.

The widely shared event happened on a December 4 aircraft operated by GOL Airlines from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to Belo Horizonte.

A Brazilian bank employee named Jeniffer Castro wouldn’t give up her window seat to a small child. According to News.com.au, the youngster pitched.

A fit and insisted on sitting in Castro’s designated seat even though they already had a window seat in a separate row. The 29-year-old refused to switch places with him, refusing to back down.

The child’s upset mother was not pleased with the choice and chose to record the interaction while criticizing Castro. “Why doesn’t she want to change seats?”
