At Miami’s Art Basel, Leonardo DiCaprio’s charity event, presented by Jamie Foxx, raises an incredible $2.5 million.

On Friday, Leonardo DiCaprio’s Re:wild conservation charity staged a very successful fundraiser at Art Basel in Miami.

The 50-year-old actor collected an incredible $2.5 million for his group, which was once known as the Global Wildlife Conservation, during an auction at a star-studded charity dinner.

Held at a private home in Miami, the star-studded event was hosted by Jamie Foxx and was for the international environmental charity that aims to preserve and restore the wild.

According to Page Six, Foxx and actress Soleil Moon Frye hosted the auction, which included pricey excursions to Madagascar, Argentina, Ecuador, and Rwanda in addition to unique artwork available for sale.

Stars like Todd Graves, Dustin Yellin, Steve Aoki, and Daymond John were also there and shown their support for the cause, which benefitted local leaders, Indigenous peoples, and environmental protection groups.
