The second child of 51-year-old actress Cameron Diaz and her husband, 45-year-old musician Benji Madden, was born on Friday.
The couple jointly announced the birth of their son, Cardinal, on Instagram. Using a picture of an artwork that said,
“A little bird whispered to me,” the couple announced the news. Most people were taken aback by the news since none had anticipated the couple’s pregnancy.
“We are blessed and excited to announce the birth of our Son, Cardinal Madden,” Madden said in the caption. “He is awesome and we are all so happy he is here,” he said.
