Due to concerns about chlorate, Coca-Cola announces a significant UK recall of Diet Coke, Coke Zero, and Sprite.

A significant recall of many products marketed in the UK has been issued by Coca-Cola due to concerns that they may contain excessive amounts of chlorate. The recalled items include 330ml cans of Coca-Cola,

Diet Coke, Coca-Cola Zero, and Sprite Zero that were solely distributed to cafés and restaurants, as well as multipacks of six 250ml cans of Appletiser 100% Apple Juice Gently Sparkling.

According to Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, standard size cans and all glass and plastic bottles marketed in the UK are not being recalled.

The business has advised customers not to drink the recalled products and disclosed the precise batch and production numbers. The corporation recalled many beverages.
