Tragic events have unfolded at a lavish American athletic event when a contestant goes missing, with authorities assuming they drowned.
Just moments after the 2024 CrossFit Games began in Fort Worth, Texas, a tragic corpse was recovered from Marine Creek Reservoir on Thursday morning, August 8th.
The tournament’s organizers said that it was “designed to find the fittest on Earth” and that it was broadcast live.
As the extremely difficult athletic competition got underway today, the city was invaded by the “top 40 men and women from around the world” who had qualified to compete.
Tragically, Serbian swimmer Lazar Đukić went missing as he was finishing the first leg of the ‘Individual Event 1’ and was around 100 meters from the finish line of the 800-meter race.
