It’s reasonable to say that not everyone is pleased with Matt Rife’s latest Netflix show. The American comedian originally shared his work on Facebook and YouTube before becoming well-known on social media.
His new Netflix show focuses on the crowd work that helped him gain a massive following.
The 54-minute new episode, titled Matt Rife: Lucid – A Crowd Work Special, debuted on the streaming service on August 13.
Last year, Rife debuted as a comedy special on Netflix; nevertheless, several of his gags were poorly received by the audience.
Specifically, the 28-year-old angered several individuals with a remark that seemed to trivialize domestic violence.
