Morgan Wallen, a country music artist, is well-known for his album One Thing at a Time and the popular songs “Last Night” and “You Proof.”

Following his arrest in Nashville, Tennessee, this spring, country music artist Morgan Wallen was given a sentence of two years of supervised probation and seven days in a DUI instruction facility.

The 31-year-old entered a conditional guilty plea to two misdemeanor charges of reckless endangerment on December 12. In addition, he will pay court costs and a $350 fine.

In Nashville’s well-known Broadway entertainment area, the singer of “I Had Some Help” was taken into custody in April 2024 and charged with three crimes.

The accusations against Wallen were dropped as part of a plea deal. The maximum penalty for each offense was 11 months and 29 days in jail.

Judge Cynthia Chappell said in writing that the charges against Wallen would be eligible for dismissal and erasure from his record if he successfully completes probation.
