Rob Schneider apologizes to the athletes and announces his boycott of the Olympics over the Opening Ceremony.

The most recent well-known figure to make waves at the Summer Olympics in Paris in 2024 is Rob Schneider. The much-awaited event began on Friday in the French capital with the Opening Ceremony.

But among the 6,800 athletes being transported down the Seine, there were a number of events and performances that honored the cultures of France and western Europe.

The execution of Marie Antoinette was recreated in a heavy metal performance, while French musician Phillippe Katerine lounged on a table surrounded by drag queens while clad as the Greek god Dionysus.

Subsequently, there was the purported ménage à trois with three persons who symbolized the French maxim liberté, égalité, fraternité, which translates as liberty, equality, and fraternity.

But when some individuals called the Opening Ceremony “satanic,” “blasphemous,” and a “attack on Christianity,” the event and its organizers saw a tremendous reaction.
