A nine-year-old girl has been named as the third victim of yesterday’s terrible knife assault at a Southport dance lesson themed after Taylor Swift, according to Merseyside Police. The incident occurred yesterday (29 July).
In a statement, they announced the loss of a third kid. The youngster was injured in a knife assault in Southport yesterday morning, Monday, July 29.
Early this morning, Tuesday, 30 July, the nine-year-old girl passed away in the hospital. Yesterday, two girls, ages six and seven, tragically lost their lives.
In addition to the eight youngsters already mentioned, five more are in severe condition after sustaining stab wounds during the assault.
The incident also wounded two adults, both of whom are in severe condition. The families are receiving help from our professional family liaison officers at this tragic time.
