Three weeks after the One Direction singer’s unexpected death at age 31, Liam Payne’s remains arrive in London.

Us Weekly has confirm that Liam Payne’s remains have been sent back to his home country of England.

According to a person who spoke to Us, Payne’s corpse was transported aboard a Wednesday, November 6 aircraft from Buenos Aires, Argentina, to London.

The former member of One Direction passed away in Buenos Aires last month when he fell from a hotel balcony on the third level. The procedure was delayed as local officials launched an inquiry, even though Payne’s father, Geoff,

Came to Argentina to identify his son’s corpse and make arrangements for transportation back across the pond. According to the Argentinean Clarin newspaper,

Payne’s remains were given to Geoff by the local morgue after toxicological and histological testing was completed. On the morning of Thursday, November 7, Geoff returned to England.

On Saturday, November 2, Us received confirmation from a source that Payne’s corpse had been moved to the British Cemetery in Chacarita in order to start .
