T-Boz is going to be seeing a lot of scrubs since she was forced to cancel TLC’s weekend programs after what she first believed to be food illness turned into something far worse.
According to the organization, T-Boz, also known as Tionne Watkins, was admitted to the hospital due to an intestinal obstruction. TLC was unable to perform on Saturday night

at Foxwoods in Connecticut due to a medical emergency, and the same was true for a Friday night engagement at the NY State Fair in Syracuse.
They claimed she acquired food illness after the Friday night cancellation, which occurred only thirty minutes before the planned start time. However, a different diagnosis was made 24 hours later.
“The doctor verified that this was not food poisoning, but rather an abdominal blockage,” the group said in a statement they released.
