Vote for your favorite music videos at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards! Taylor Swift has ten nominations, Post Malone has nine, and MTV unveiled the full list of candidates for the next awards presentation on Tuesday, August 6.
Nominations totaling six were received by Ariana Grande, Eminem, and Sabrina Carpenter; five were received by Megan Thee Stallion and SZA; and four were received by LISA, Olivia Rodrigo, and Teddy Swims.
Out of the 29 first-time nominations, Swimming and Carpenter are among them. Other notable names include Tyla, Benson Boone, Chappell Roan, Jelly Roll, Rauw Alejandro, Sexxy Red, Victoria Monét, and several more.
Swift has tough competition in the highly coveted video of the year category, where she hopes to extend her record-breaking streak and become the first artist to ever win the category five times. Grande, Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, Eminem, and SZA are all in the running.
From now until Friday, Aug. 30, viewers may cast their ballots at vote.mtv.com. The event will be broadcast live from New York’s UBS Arena on September 10th at 8 p.m. ET.
