Carney made his position known this morning while speaking to supporters in Ottawa.
“As I’ve been warning for months, America wants our land, our resources, our water, our country – never,” he stated.
“However, these threats are not in vain; President Trump is attempting to destroy us so that America may own us, but that will never, ever take place.
However, we also have to acknowledge that our environment has undergone significant transformation.
Carney went on: “We have moved over the shock of the American treachery, but we must always remember the lessons learned.
