TMZ has learnt of the passing of Peter Renaday, who was most known for providing the original voice of Master Splinter in the animated TV series “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”. According to law authorities, after getting a report,
officers checked on Peter at his Burbank home on Sunday and discovered him dead. The death is not being addressed as a medical examiner case since it seems to be a natural death.
Although Peter’s cause of death is unknown, according to his niece Mindy Zachary, TMZ writes that temperatures inside
his Valley house had reached the nineties due to the current heat wave in Los Angeles and that Peter’s air conditioner had been off.
Mindy told us that the family believes there is no need for more research into Peter’s death, even if she is unsure whether it was a heat stroke, natural causes, or anything else.
