After the Paris Games, two Paralympians and a guide are missing.

Following their participation in the 2024 Paris Games, two Paralympians are said to have vanished. The Republic of Congo was represented by Mireille Nganga and Emmanuel Grace Mouambako,

who, together with a third individual, vanished on September 5, according to the French daily Le Parisien.

While Mouambako was a visually impaired sprinter, Nganga, who has a limb handicap, participated in the shotput and javelin sports.

At the opening ceremony, the athletes who went missing represented their nation with flags. According to the French publication.

Le Monde, on September 7, French authorities began looking into the disappearances of Nganga, Mouambako, and the sprinter’s sighted guide Sharon Victor Loussanga.
