Mike Tyson lost against Jake Paul by majority decision after eight boxing rounds that lasted two minutes apiece.
Tyson started the battle well, but as it progressed, Paul gained confidence and began to dominate the 58-year-old, throwing more strikes at Iron Mike as the rounds continued.
As the age difference was brought to boxing fans’ attention, Paul seemed to have dominated at the finish. According to Netflix,
The 27-year-old landed 78 punches from 278 thrown (28 percent), while Tyson only landed 18 punches from 97 thrown (18 percent).
As the fight progressed, both fans and analysts were positive about the result, and although Tyson won rounds one and two according to Netflix’s unofficial score sheets, Paul won the following six.
