On The One Show, David Walliams made fun of Keir Starmer in real time, leaving Alex Jones reeling.
The comedian, 53, Little Britain actor Matt Lucas, 50, and EastEnder Lindsey Coulsen, 64, were welcomed by presenters Alex Jones, 47, and Clara Amfo, 40, on the BBC evening show.
David made a joke about the prime minister during a discussion about school that was centered on Lindsey’s new position on Waterloo Road.
“I was at school with Keir Starmer,” he remarked. In addition to giving me a detention, he switched off the heater since it was quite chilly during the Christmas season.
Presenter Alex appeared shocked and turned to face her co-host Clara as David then started laughing.
