After referring to a Metropolitan Police officer as “stupid and white,” Chelsea striker Sam Kerr was exonerated of racially aggravated harassment.
In the early hours of January 30, 2023, the Australian international made the remarks to PC Stephen Lovell following an incident in south-west London.
