‘Captain America’ movie will have new music by Kendrick Lamar, according to Anthony Mackie.

According to Anthony Mackie, the Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar will be included in the next Marvel film Captain America: Brave New World.

“Kendrick did the title song for my movie,” the actor said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. That shouldn’t come as a surprise, I hope. I’ll start by breaking it here. I’m ecstatic, dude.

The question of whether Mackie was referring to “N95,” which appeared in a teaser video for the next Captain America, is rather unclear.

However, based on his remark about giving away the “surprise,” it seems he was referring to a brand-new song.

Although the song has not yet been formally revealed, fans may not have to wait long to hear it as Captain America: Brave New World opens in cinemas on Friday, February 14.

After managing the music for the 2017 film Black Panther, this would not be Kendrick’s first partnership with Marvel.
