After attending a wedding at a Philippine resort, a female visitor was allegedly raped and killed by three men.
On March 8, 23-year-old Slovak caretaker Michaela Mickova of Berlin, Germany, traveled to the idyllic island of Boracay to attend a friend’s wedding.
Another buddy remarked, “She wrote to me about how happy she was.” However, Michaela abruptly vanished two days later.
Police handed out a missing person’s sign offering £670 for information to find Michaela, who was last seen wearing a red shirt and green hat at around 1pm.
On March 12, Michaela’s body was discovered half-naked in an abandoned church on the Philippine island. According to her acquaintance, “she was the victim of a horrific crime.
