Last week, a guy from Augusta was arrested for failing to watch three little children at a McDonald’s restaurant while he went to a job interview. On March 22, Chris Louis, 24, of Young Drive, was accused with deprivation of a child.

Who were ages 1, 6, and 10, were left unattended, authorities were contacted. The youngsters were discovered unsupervised by a responding deputy.
At around 4:30 p.m. that day, a witness claimed to have seen Louis with the kids. Additionally, the witness saw Louis leave the restaurant, come back later, and then depart once again.
Around 6:18 p.m., Louis returned to McDonald’s and was taken into custody by police. He clarified that he had gone with his kids from his flat.
To the restaurant and didn’t want to make them walk back while he was at a job interview nearby. He claimed not to be a car owner.
Shortly later, the mother of the children came and picked them up from the restaurant. Louis was taken into jail after being apprehended.
