On a New York subway, a man has been charged in connection with an incident involving a deceased individual.
Around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, a person was discovered unresponsive aboard an R train. It’s currently unclear how or when the individual passed away.
According to The New York Times, a man boarded the same subway car as the deceased and was later seen engaging in inappropriate behavior with the body.
Authorities are searching for a suspect wearing a yellow hooded jacket and have released surveillance footage of the individual.
Police report having obtained CCTV footage showing the man entering the train car on Tuesday evening at a Manhattan station.
