According to TMZ, Kyren Lacy, a former wide receiver for Louisiana State University, is suspected of killing himself during a police chase.
Documents and law enforcement sources indicate that at approximately 11:15 PM on Saturday night, a call for assistance regarding a weapons disturbance was placed in the Houston area.
The reportee reportedly told officers that her family member Lacy had gotten into a verbal altercation with her, then fired a weapon into the ground before escaping the scene.
Officers claim that after spotting Lacy’s vehicle and trying to stop him, Lacy drove away, sparking a police pursuit.
