Deliberately compromised the privacy of Americans by working with the Chinese government.
Facebook’s head of global public policy for seven years, Sarah Wynn-Williams, told lawmakers that Meta “repeatedly undermined U.S. national security.”
And voluntarily maintained user data in China in spite of warnings that it might give the Chinese Communist Party access to American information.
“I would like to clarify this,” stated Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO).
Facebook is discussing giving the Chinese government access to user data from Chinese users as they want to store the data in China. Is that right?
