A five-year-old boy is in critical condition after a stranger threw him from the balcony for no apparent reason.

Five-year-old Landen Hoffman was flung from a shopping center balcony. Originally classified as critical, his status has now been downgraded to stable.

In only 13 hours, a GoFundMe page that was created for the youngster has collected over $320,000. Positive remarks on the family have also been shared by many people.

The person who tossed Landen from the balcony was Emmanuel Arada. He has been taken into custody and is being charged with attempted murder.

The police chief in Bloomington is Jeff Potts. According to him, the youngster suffered serious injuries and was sent to Children’s Minnesota Hospital.

There have been previous instances of Emmanuel running afoul of the law. Due to his actions, he was asked to leave the mall twice in 2015.
