While 21-year-old Colorado resident Oghaleoghene Atunu was driving down a suburban street, he encountered a trio of 11- and 12-year-old boys walking home from school.
Witnesses say the Aurora man circled the area before slowly approaching the children. Without apparent warning or provocation, Atunu reportedly took a sudden and dangerous action.
According to KDVR, Atunu accelerated his vehicle, jumped the curb, and struck two of the three boys before fleeing the scene.
