A child rapist testified in court with no remorse after abducting an 11-year-old girl, tying her to a tree, and raping her repeatedly for five hours.
The prosecution, however, claimed that his punishment was “plainly unjust” and “inadequate” for such terrible offenses, which was the last straw during sentencing.
Brett David Hill, 49, recognized that an 11-year-old girl would not be able to fight back when he saw her walking to school in Newcastle.
According to the Daily Mail, the Australian father-of-two then pushed the girl into his car with just a pair of scissors and drove her to three different places in New South Wales where he raped her over the course of five hours.
According to The Australian, Hill first took the youngster to a rural place, stripped her naked, bound her to a tree, and then sexually assaulted and tortured her.
