Police Say a Couple Is Guilty of Forcibly Tattooing Children with Staples

It “appeared that the flesh was removed from the body,” according to the police, after the children had been gagged, blinded, and rope-bound.

The mother reportedly confessed what they had done and “laughed about it” when challenged by the children’s biological father.

After being charged with forcing two toddlers to get tattoos—and allegedly ripping their skin in the process—a Texas lady and her husband have pleaded guilty.

According to KTRE, Megan Farr, 29, entered a guilty plea last Thursday to four charges of intentionally causing physical harm to a child and illegal restraint.

Her court appearance after her husband, 25-year-old Gunnar Farr, entered a guilty plea on March 19 and was subsequently sentenced.

To two years for a restraint charge and five years for each of the four bodily harm offenses, to be served consecutively.
