Five days after the death of her seven-year-old brother from a poisoned Easter egg that was given “with love” by a lady who was apparently seeking retribution against her ex-husband’s new lover.
A thirteen-year-old daughter passed away. After being admitted to Brazil’s Imperatriz Municipal Hospital since last Wednesday, Evelyn Silva passed away there on Monday.
According to the medical facility, Silva’s death was brought on by a vascular shock that was connected to other organ failures.
Imperatriz Municipal Hospital released a statement saying, “Unfortunately, the clinical condition showed serious and rapid deterioration without responding to treatment.”
A courier delivered the festive delicacy to Silva’s home in Imperatriz, a city in the northeastern state of Maranhão, where she, her brother Luis Silva, and their mother Miriam Lira, 36, each enjoyed a bite.
“With love, to Miriam Lira” was written in Portuguese and placed alongside the eggs on a plastic tray. Happy Easter!
