One girl was killed and other youngsters were struggling for their lives after a knife rampage at a French school.
The incident occurred Thursday at lunch at the private Notre-Dame-de-Toutes-Aides high school in the Doulon neighborhood of Nantes, western France, and was started by a pupil brandishing a knife.
Around noon, the attacker—a 15-year-old kid identified by the local media as Justin P.—entered a second-floor classroom at the school and stabbed one pupil before returning downstairs to stab.
At least three more. According to media site BFM, the rampage claimed the life of one student, a young girl, and wounded three others, two of whom were reportedly in critical condition.
According to reports, Justin P. assaulted the female who died first. Before police arrived on the scene, teachers were able to hold the youngster.
