After crashing her car with her three children were inside, a mother from New Jersey was detained on suspicion of driving under the influence.
In October 2024, Megan Fackler collided with a truck in Ewing Township, New Jersey, according to the New York Post.
Fackler’s three children, ages four, seven, and eight, were in the car with three open bottles of wine when police arrived at the scene of the collision.
Fackler begs the police to “please” not arrest the New Jersey mother who was purportedly recorded driving while intoxicated on bodycam footage.
The mother of three is also shown in the video undergoing a sobriety test and saying that she has “no balance” as a result of divorce-related problems.
The bodycam tape is over an hour lengthy, and she was arrested on the spot.
