Everybody has a preferred sleeping position! The one that gives us such a sense of security that we believe everything will work out perfectly. But it may lead to a lot of health problems.

Four sleeping postures have been mentioned by Viral Strange, indicating which is best for your health and which is not.

1. Dozing off on your back

It may not be the greatest idea to sleep on your back. Sleeping on your back may exacerbate conditions including neck.

And low back discomfort or persistent snoring. Additionally, since it alters blood flow, pregnant women are not advised to take it.
