The day after their “perfect” honeymoon, the bride’s new husband murdered himself and sent her flowers from the afterlife, leaving her distraught.
After meeting on a dating app a year and a half before, Isabel Coles of Southern Pines, North Carolina, married Christopher Coles in September 2024. The couple was “insanely happy.”
Since music played a significant role in their relationship, the newlyweds decided to spend their honeymoon at a beachside music festival in Asbury Park, New Jersey.
However, Isabel, 32, said that after returning from the beach celebration, her husband started acting “weird” and wouldn’t share his thoughts with her.
Despite his wife’s efforts to dissuade him, the 28-year-old allegedly left the home the morning following the honeymoon with a revolver and went to a nearby woodland.
It has been stated that the army veteran committed suicide and was discovered the next morning, September 18.
