After a collision on May 1, a baby boy was washed away from his parents’ automobile and was later discovered dead in a river.
According to a tragic update released by the police on Tuesday, the body of nine-month-old Oliver Cox was discovered in the Trinity River in Big Flat, northern California.
Oliver was found dead and submerged in the river by an outside diver who had come to the scene to help with the search, according to the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office.
After being notified, deputies who were in the vicinity looking for Oliver arrived at the site. Oliver’s family was informed and he was taken out of the river.
