Trump gave Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney a direct eight-word directive when he first arrived at the White House, according to a lip reader.

The eight-word directive that Donald Trump gave to Mark Carney, the recently elected prime minister of Canada, upon his arrival at the White House has been made public by a lip reader.

Despite Trump’s desire to make Canada the 51st state, the two leaders engaged in pleasantries and praise at their first encounter on May 6.

In public, the two presidents maintained a friendly relationship despite recent difficulties, which included Trump reimposing

25% tariffs on Canadian products. Carney was described by Trump as “a very talented person.” Trump is a “transformational president,” according to Carney.

However, the tone changed when the conversation went to Trump’s long-standing desire for Canada to join the US.

Carney said reporters, “As you are aware from real estate, there are some places that are never for sale.”
