“I hear a commotion and I turn around and he’s gotten ahold of her from behind and he heaves her over the balcony,” a neighbor who says he saw the alleged incident happen said.
After a startling dispute on a third-floor balcony terrified the neighbors, a lady died and a man was charged with first-degree murder.
In San Ysidro, California, on Monday, Irene Williams, 61, and her lover Albert Turner, 57, got into a fight at an apartment complex.
Williams allegedly tossed several of Turner’s possessions from the balcony during the argument.
Witnesses reported seeing a man throw a woman “head first” from the balcony at around 7:21 p.m., and they called 911 to report the incident.
According to Fox station KUSI, when San Diego Police officers arrived at around 7:30 p.m., they discovered Williams in the courtyard underneath the balcony.
Williams shattered his femur in the accident and sustained significant brain injuries. Paramedics took her to a nearby hospital, where she passed away from her wounds.
