Tragic bulldozer tragedy claims lives of Utah CEO and young daughter

The tragic tragedy in Ogden Canyon, Utah, took the life of Richard David Hendrickson, the CEO and president of Lifetime Products, and his daughter Sally, who was 16 years old.

causing a terrible disaster reminiscent to the ones seen in Final Destination films, according to PEOPLE.

The Utah Highway Patrol reports that the collision occurred at 12:49 PM local time when the two cars were negotiating a right-hand turn.

The wreckage of the Hendrickson family’s car, which was carrying Richard,57, and Sally, was caused by the bulldozer becoming detached from the tow truck.

At the site, the unfortunate father and daughter were both confirmed dead, while two other adult passengers were injured but not seriously.
