The 45-year-old Shannon Mount died on July 18 following a heart attack on July 8 at her residence. Mount needed life support and did not survive, despite Billy Upton’s best efforts; he administered CPR until paramedics came and revived her.

Due to Mount’s lack of life insurance, the family was left having to pay for her burial after her unexpected death, leaving Ely without his mother.
