‘Not for prudes,’ naughty Netflix picture has viewers admitting they’ve “never laughed so much.”

You may find a wide variety of shows and movies on Netflix, but we all know that many of the most popular ones are really gloomy.

Indeed, they are very popular, with options ranging from a “super creepy” series based on actual murders to a “deeply disturbed” true crime documentary.

New to the streaming service, however, is a film with a lighter tone; viewers have “never laughed so much” after seeing it. But definitely “not for prudes” is the description of the humorous Netflix release.

Wicked Little Letters, which is based on a really bizarre actual incident, played in theaters earlier this year and has an astounding 92% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.

Olivia Colman, Jessie Buckley, Anjana Vasan, Hugh Skinner, and Timothy Spall are among the famous actors and actresses featured in the British picture. A cameo by Abigail’s Alisha Weir, the little girl from the “best horror of 2024,” is also revealed.

The story takes place in the beach town of Littlehampton in the year 1920 and follows a group of ladies who get nasty letters full with funny profanity.

Rose Gooding (Buckley), a notorious liar, is accused of the crime, but there seems to be more to the story than meets the eye.

Wicked Little Letters has a lot of foul, offensive, and obscene language, therefore it’s safe to assume that Netflix’s 15+ classification is justified.

However, it is precisely the reason why it is so funny.

Anyone looking for a good chuckle who isn’t too sensitive should definitely check out Wicked Little Letters, according to one member of our Netflix Bangers Facebook group. Incredible, I’ve never laughed that hard in my life.
