A new Matt Rife special has been released on Netflix, which has been met with criticism due to a controversial remark that was made during one of the comedian’s previous performances.
In 2023, Rife made a jest about domestic violence in a comedy special on Netflix, which was not well received by the audience.
In the special, “Natural Selection,” Rife stated, “I have only visited Baltimore once, and the hostess who seated me had a black eye – a full black eye.”
“It was not a question of, ‘What transpired?'” It was rather apparent what transpired. However, we were unable to overcome the fact that this is the company’s visage. Is this the individual who is embracing individuals?
“And my companion, who was with me, said, ‘Yeah, I feel sorry for her. I think they should confine her to the kitchen or somewhere where she cannot be seen.'”
