Fans must sign a disclaimer before Linkin Park makes a big surprise during tonight’s live show.

Fans of Linkin Park are likely in for a wild night after the band, including Mike Shinoda, requested that spectators sign a waiver in advance.

It all started when Shinoda’s band uploaded a video on the internet showing a clock that was ticking down from 100 hours and 59 minutes.

The caption directed viewers to the official Linkin Park website, where they could join a My Community chat room and see the live countdown.

Then, things became a little confusing when the timer malfunctioned at 9 hours and 5 minutes and began up again, giving listeners the impression that the band was teasing a new song.

The band continued by saying that an announcement will be made on September 5 (today) after the countdown clock reached 100 hours.
