According to an inquest, a 13-year-old girl was unfortunately found dead in a bathtub after a terrible occurrence.
According to the Daily Mail, 13-year-old Kiara Ainsworth was discovered unconscious in the bathtub at her Accrington, Lancashire, home on April 27.
The teenager could not be resuscitate despite the efforts of emergency personnel who raced to the scene. Days later, friends and family began to pay their respects, creating a striking portrait of a girl who passed away too young.
Christine Houghton stated on Facebook, “She left a huge hole in our hearts and was the most beautiful and kind, fun and sassy 13 year old girl you could hope to meet.” “We are devastated to learn that Kiara passed away tragically from an epileptic episode.”
Kiara’s death was reported to the coroner right away because it was so unexpected and terrible.
Following the start of an inquest, Area Coroner Kate Bisset disclosed at a hearing at Preston Coroner’s Court that Kiara had a “significant medical history” that included epilepsy.
