A woman allegedly abducted the wife of her ex-boyfriend while posing as an ICE agent.

 

She is being held at the Bay County Jail on accusations of robbery by abrupt snatching, felony violation of probation, impersonating a law enforcement official, and kidnapping in commission of a felony.

Battle is acquainted with the victim’s spouse, Bay County Capt. Stephen Jencks said WMBB-TV. Referring to it as a “targeted, individual occurrence.”

He said, “We’re not worried about anything similar occurring in the future. However, she did choose her victim.

According to WOFL-TV, When the woman reached safety, she called her husband, who informed her that the ICE agent looked like Battle, his ex-girlfriend.

According to court documents, Battle was subject to an injunction against the victim’s husband because of “issues they had in the past.”

According to Bay County court documents, Battle was given a $85,000 bail and is prohibited from speaking to the victim in any way.
