She is being held at the Bay County Jail on accusations of robbery by abrupt snatching, felony violation of probation, impersonating a law enforcement official, and kidnapping in commission of a felony.

According to court documents, Battle was subject to an injunction against the victim’s husband because of “issues they had in the past.”
According to Bay County court documents, Battle was given a $85,000 bail and is prohibited from speaking to the victim in any way.
