After shooting a Florida police officer four times, a violent felon who attempted to kill the officer was given a life sentence.
Now, after the cop arrived to give the smug thug a special farewell gift, camera footage from inside the courtroom has gone viral.
When Kevin Rojas attempted to murder a Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office undercover agent who was in his vehicle with his teenage son, he was just 19 years old.
While driving his son to school, the off-duty police noticed Rojas driving strangely and chose to stop him. After exiting his vehicle, Rojas fired through the officer’s car’s window, hitting him four times.
Fortunately, the incident did not injure the officer’s adolescent son. But the cop was hit in the wrist, stomach, and face.
As Rojas fled, the injured policeman was able to fire back despite being shot in the head.
