After altering the lyrics to “All About That Bass,” Meghan Trainor has faced criticism for her remarkable metamorphosis.

After altering a line from her breakthrough single “All About That Bass” to allude to her recent physical makeover, Meghan Trainor has come under fire.

The 31-year-old pop sensation gave a passionate performance of the 2014 chart-topping anthem during her appearance at iHeartRadio’s KIIS-FM Wango Tango in Huntington Beach, California.

In place of the original line, “Yeah, it’s pretty clear, I ain’t no size two,” Trainor sang, “Yeah, it’s pretty clear, I got some new boobs / But I can shake it, shake it, like I’m supposed to do.” She was wearing a gorgeous hot pink, rhinestone-encrusted two-piece that flaunted her slimmed-down shape.

The film, which was posted to 102.7 KIIS FM’s official TikTok account, recorded the event and provoked a deluge of scathing online reactions.

One user posted: “Her removing ‘I ain’t no size 2’ is insane,” while another said: “I feel she just morally shouldn’t perform this song anymore.”
