Shawn David Frehner was being sought by Nexstar’s KLAS crews, according to sources. According to the announcement, land, sea, and aviation resources were used in the endeavor.
The release did not specify when or where the missing person was last seen, nor did it confirm their identification.
According to a notice from the National Park Service, volunteers from Red Rock Search and Rescue,
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, and the National Park Service were “actively” looking for the missing person.
On Monday afternoon, crews informed KLAS that they were wrapping up the ground search and would begin anew on Tuesday morning.
