Annie Knight, known for her explicit content and record-setting sexual stunts, has been hospitalized following complications from a recent challenge involving hundreds of partners — raising concerns about female reproductive health, hospital emergency care, and chronic illness risk management.
OnlyFans creator Annie Knight, 27, who’s often referred to as “Australia’s most sexually active woman”, took to social media from her hospital bed on Wednesday.
She was rushed in for emergency medical care after suffering severe cramps and heavy bleeding, just days after her record-setting group encounter on Sunday. The episode has sparked new discussions around hospital costs, insurance coverage for OB-GYN care, and the dangers of pushing the body to physical extremes.
She explained that her symptoms were related to her pre-existing condition—endometriosis—which she believes flared up due to heightened stress levels. Endometriosis is not only physically debilitating but can lead to long-term medical expenses and complications requiring specialist diagnostics, inpatient hospital stays, and even surgical interventions not always covered under standard private health insurance plans.
“On Sunday everything was all good, but the next day I had a lot of bleeding that I shouldn’t really have because I’m on contraception and I was a little bit worried about it but decided I would wait it out and see how it goes” she told Perth Now.
“Then it turned into really bad cramps and pains, then I started to get a bit worried and decided to take myself to hospital.”
