Celebrating the sale of her Tesla, Bette Midler refers to it as a “symbol of racism and greed.”

Protesters have targeted Tesla items since January 20 due to Musk’s wealthy political engagement in the US and his far-right rhetoric globally.

Before participating in attempts to reduce federal programs and government employment, President Donald Trump’s “first buddy” spent about $3 billion to restore the president and his supporters to power.

Midler, who has long been a vocal supporter of liberal causes, frequently criticizes Musk and Trump on social media.

On her remaining social media sites, she posted, “Life is so much better!!!” and announced that she had joined others in severing relations with Tesla.

Midler is hardly the first singer to sell her car, which was manufactured by Musk, in public.
