During his diplomatic trip across Southeast Asia, Chinese Premier Xi Jinping delivered a firm message in Vietnam. Speaking to local authorities, Xi called for regional cooperation to “jointly oppose unilateral actions” and warned that “there would be no winners” in a trade war.
